1. My question isn't answered in the FAQs. What should I do?

2. Can I contact you by phone?

Currently, our support is entirely digital, so we do not offer phone support. However, our streamlined system allows us to respond to emails promptly. You can reach us at support@chiichii.com, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

3. Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

To ensure smooth processing and shipment, orders are processed immediately after being placed. However, you may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note:

  • Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be changed or canceled.
  • A 20% management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied to cancellations.
4. I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your address in our system.

However, once an order has been shipped (you'll receive a tracking notification), we are unable to make any changes. In this case, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

5. Why can't I track my order on your tracking page?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking link. You can track your order by clicking "View your order" in the email or by using the tracking code on 17track.net/en.

Note: 95.99% of orders can be tracked—ensure you select the correct courier when tracking.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (customizing, packaging, and handing over to the carrier).

Shipping Time: 2-5 business days.

⚠️ Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, we'll work with you to find a solution.

7. Why haven't I received my shipping confirmation email?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, here are two possible reasons:

  • Your order hasn't shipped yet – Check your order confirmation email for estimated processing times.
  • A technical issue occurred – If your order should have already shipped but you haven't received an email, please contact our support team for assistance.
8. Can I exchange or return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns as our products are food items. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, feel free to reach out to us at support@chiichii.com.
